It’s Not What We Do!

It’s what we do that the average
broker doesn’t do.

Most small businesses are used to their broker securing quotes and helping them enroll in a plan.  Then they likely don't hear from their broker until renewal.  When you average broker is disappearing, we're just getting started.

Our Engagement process helps you manage and communicate your benefits 24/7, 365 days a year.  It is designed to educate your employees about their benefits, make them aware of the costs you spend to provide benefits and recognize the value in dollars that their benefits add to their total compensation.

Communicating Your Benefits

The Engagement Process starts at enrollment and continues through your renewal.  It includes

  • Benefits Training at Enrollment: At enrollment or renewal meeting you have the opportunity to begin educating your employees about their benefits.  This live format allows you and your broker to respond to questions about your benefits program from the intended users.

  • A Benefits Brief:  A clear and concise summary of your benefits.  This quick reference provides an overview of your benefits for your employees and potential employees.

  • A Benefits Handbook:  A more in depth summary of your benefits which also includes non-insurance related benefits such as vacation, sick leave, tuition assistance, etc.

  • A Quarterly Wellness Newsletter:  Filled with health related articles, tips, and suggestions, this quick read newsletter helps educate your employees on health and financial related topics.

  • Online Employee Benefits Polling: It’s important to understand how your employees perceive your benefits.  What do they like and dislike?  What would they change?  Online, anonymous polling provides instant feedback to how well your benefits program is working.

  • An Employee Benefits Portal:  A complete, easy-to-use, Web-based system that simplifies all of your benefits, reporting, and communications activities. You’ll have a personalized Web portal where benefits information and costs, educational materials, company newsletters, and other communications can be easily accessed by your employees.

Your portal decreases administration costs by reducing paperwork and efficiently managing your daily tasks. Intelligent, self-populating forms eliminate the need for data-entry redundancies. Employee self service automates open enrollment activities. Detailed reporting tools simplify cost comparisons and benefits analyses.

  • An Annual Compensation Statement: Show your employees the total value of their compensation including Direct (salary and commissions) and Indirect (taxes, paid time off and benefits).

Accountability

We make a lot of promises to you in terms of service.  We should be judged based on how well we deliver on these promises.  We provide you the documentation that allows you to understand what you should expect and a means of judging our value.  If you feel we did not deliver on our promises, we will remove ourselves from your benefits and help you find another broker.

  • Broker Contract: This signed agreement puts in writing what you should expect from your broker.
